HSBC UK announces new Head of Wealth and Personal Banking

HSBC UK Bank plc today announces the appointment of Jose Carvalho as Head of Wealth and Personal Banking, subject to regulatory approval.

Jose will join the bank early in 2023 from Barclays, where he is currently Head of Consumer Products.

He has over 25-years’ experience in financial services both in the UK and internationally, having held senior positions at Barclays, American Express and Lloyds Banking Group.
